Transfer Process

Transfer to Caritas

Every approved foster carer has the right to transfer to another fostering agency. We follow the Fostering Networks prescribed Protocol to ensure good practice throughout the procedure, to protect the children in placement from disruption and to ensure that carers are not disadvantaged or prevented from exercising choice.

Why Choose Caritas

You will join a small tier 1 agency that is a registered charity and as such exists to support the children in care rather than make profits
You will receive a personal and professional service.
The agency is consistently rated Good with outstanding features by Ofsted which emphasise the high levels of support experienced by our foster carers
You will become part of a family of foster carers who attend regular training, Support groups and social events together
